General Site Information

Merchants must be present both days and open the entire time the event is open to the public.

Your booth cannot have a cover; no tents. You can have sides, however.  This is a fire requirement.

Must look at least a bit period from 10 feet away. Cannot be completely modern. Cover tables with cloths, etc.

Merchants may sleep in booths as per normal. Keep your personal items out of sight during the day.
The heat will be on but this is a big drafty building; come prepared to bundle up.

If you don’t want to sleep in your booth, you can sleep in the sleeping hall. Make a reservation by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

No gas space heaters permitted. 

Space is allotted in 10' increments at 10' deep. Minimum is 10'x10'.
If your booth is normally 15' long, you'll have to readjust down to 10' or pay for two spaces and get 20'.

You get one free entry for each space you occupy to accommodate you and your staff. Check in at Gate.

 

Interested in Merchanting at Ursulmas?

To register via email:

  1. Download the Merchant Application and email it to the Merchant Team before January 15th.
  2. Pay your fee at the door when you arrive at Ursulmas.

 To register via mail: 

  1. Download the Merchant Application, print it out, complete it, and mail it before January 15, 2018.
  2. You may enclose a check with the application or pay at the door when you arrive at Ursulmas.

Merchant Profiles - Coming Soon

OR - I Got This Weird Email....

First, apologies for any confusion; the emails weren't supposed to go out quite yet, but some escaped.

We are establishing a way for merchants to opt in to various event communications and maintain a current business profile. It's not quiiiiite ready for release, however, so hold on to that email and we'll let you know when it goes live.

Once established, merchants who choose to register will get first chance to secure spots at all Baronial events throughout the year and have immediate access to all event information and documentation. You can also maintain your own profile to let the Barony know if and when your business information or needs change. 

If you're not comfortable registering yourself, we will have someone available to do it for you. Once you've registered your business profile, updating it is as simple as clicking checkboxes and entering text. Easier than sending an email.
